Product evidence and controls
Local business evidence and profile work
Connect the project’s real locations to the correct authorized business profile. GrekSignal separates manually saved location records from official Google data and local search rankings.
01
Attach an authorized location
Where Google credentials and approval permit, discover business accounts and locations, then attach the intended profile to the project. Stored connection metadata alone does not prove present permission. A new connection cannot reuse a previous connection’s profile cache.
02
Review official data carefully
Explicit retrieval can display permitted profile metadata and reviews with source timestamps. Create internal drafts for review instead of publishing replies or posts as a side effect of navigation. Available operations depend on Google access and the implemented adapter.
03
Distinguish location from ranking
A saved address or profile is not a local pack ranking, listing coverage percentage or conversion count. Maps and listing measurements remain unavailable without an appropriate source. Multi-location records retain project ownership and coordinate validation.
Practical questions
Does a saved location mean Google is connected?
No. Manual location data and verified provider permission are separate.
Can every account retrieve reviews?
No. Official Google access and permitted profile attachment are required.
Start with observable evidence
Run the bounded public scan on the homepage, then save a project when you are ready. Connected measurements need real authorization and available quota.
